“Narrow Gauge Tunnel Lots” between Marginal and Maverick StreetsIntroductory meeting and preliminary discussion of process, scope and timeline for potential development on four (4) existing vacant lots located between Maverick and Everett, Everett and Sumner, Sumner and Webster, and Webster and Marginal. No development plan has been completed at this time and it is not the intent to present building plans at this meeting.  Instead, the prospective purchasers intend to use this opportunity to gather further information from the community about the best uses for these sites.
