  • Community Updates – Lina Tramelli, Office of Neighborhood Services.
  • ICA Watershed – Update and overview of the upcoming season at the ICA Watershed. Kelly Gifford.
  • Neighborhood of Affordable Housing Youth Organizers – Update on upcoming summer activities, including NOAH’s tree canopy and anti-litter campaigns, and the annual Regatta in June.
  • YMCA – Joseph Gaeta, new Executive Director of the East Boston YMCA.
  • Legislative Update – City Councilor Lydia Edwards.
  • Local Wetlands Ordinance – The City of Boston is considering adopting a local wetlands ordinance, which could allow the City to more effectively protect and manage urban wetlands, including tidelands, in order to meet climate adaptation and resiliency goals. Kannan Thiruvengadam.
  • JPNA Bylaws Changes, 2nd Presentation – Continued discussion of proposed changes to the JPNA bylaws, including proposed changes to JPNA boundaries and voting processes. Details of the proposed changes and the process are available here.
  • 80 Cottage Street – Renovation of existing three-family building, adding a new roof deck and creating additional living space on a mezzanine level. Project documentation available here. Attorney Marc LaCasse. VOTE- 20 In Favor, 5 Opposed
