No late votes will be accepted


If you attended the August 10th monthly meeting, and are eligible to vote on one or more of the ballot issues, you will have received an email with a link to your voting dashboard and login information. A step-by-step overview of the voting process is available here.

To be eligible to vote you must: 

  • Have been present at the voting meeting
  • Be a resident living within the Jeffries Point Neighborhood Association Boundaries
  • Be eligible to vote as a JPNA resident by either:
    • attendance at no fewer than two of the last four regularly scheduled
      monthly meetings, including the meeting where the vote was taken. (Remember P&Z Meetings do not count towards voting eligibility).
    • as an abutter living within the 300′ radius to a project being voted on (We use the City of Boston 300’ abutter radius)

Below please find the agenda for the Jeffries Point Neighborhood Association scheduled monthly meeting for August, 2020.  The meeting will be held via Zoom Video Conference due to the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic.

    • Please complete the census! It takes 5 minutes, and can be done online at https://2020census.gov/.
    • Cranshaw Construction hotline for complaints regarding parking at Piers Park Phase II: 617-559-5099
    • The JPNA has an open board seat.  We will be taking nominations for the open seat in September, with voting occurring in October.
    • NOAH is holding Emergency Preparedness Climate Meetings online.  The last one is August 11 from 4:30 to 6:00 pm.  Please contact NOAH for more information. 
    • The BPDA will be holding a series of public meetings on Suffolk Downs. Meeting dates are: Saturday, August 15, 2020, 10:00 am –12:00 pm, Thursday, August 20, 2020, 6:00 pm –8:00 pm, and Tuesday, August 25, 2020, 6:00 pm –8:00 pm
