  • 16 &18 Cottage Street – CANCELLED (11/18) Add rear and 4th story additions & roof decks to both properties.
  • 182 Webster Street – Change occupancy from 3-family to 4-family, construct rear addition on 4th floor, construct exterior rear-deck and stairway and extend Unit #1 living space into the basement.
  • 32 Orleans Street – Combine lots and erect a 5-story, 6-unit, residential building with parking.

We thank the EBNHC for letting us use the space.
We MUST be out of the building by 8:30PM.

Below please find the agenda for the Jeffries Point Neighborhood Association scheduled monthly meeting for November 2019.  The meeting will be held at the Jeffries Yacht Club located at 565 Sumner Street in East Boston.

AGENDA (subject to change):

  • Greetings & Announcements
  • Police Updates – Sergeant Martin, Officer Simons.
  • Community Updates – Lina Tramelli, Mayor’s Office of Neighborhood Services.
  • The Quiet Few (331 Sumner St) – License modification.
    VOTE: 31 in favor, 9 opposed
  • 303 Sumner St Restaurant – Application for liquor license.
    VOTE: 32 in favor, 7 opposed
  • 130 Everett St – Renovation of an existing building, addition of living space to a 6 unit building.
    VOTE: 15 in favor, 21 opposed
  • Boston Clean Air Coalition
  • Jill Annese, DogPort – Discussion on Off-Leash Dogs.  Cancelled.
  • East Boston Playhouse
We will be holding everyone to a time limit, and asking audience members to limit themselves to one question per topic.

  • 1 Brigham Street –  To legalize a compact parking space at the rear of 1 Brigham Street.
  • 130 Everett Street  – Change occupancy to a six (6) unit residential dwelling and erect addition.
  • 132 Marginal Street – Maintain and rehabilitate existing 2 family structure; erect 6 unit dwelling (reduced from 9 units / demo).
