- 2-12 Jeffries Street – Demolish existing building and construct a 55′ tall, 20-unit luxury apartment building with 20 assigned parking spaces, 4 visitor spaces, a truck/loading space and a roof deck.
- 130 Everett Street – Change occupancy to a six (6) unit residential dwelling and erect addition.
- 132 Marginal Street – Maintain and rehabilitate existing 2 family structure; erect 6 unit dwelling (reduced from 9 units / demo).
