In order to speak aloud as an abutter, you must register for this meeting by Sunday, August 8th at 7pm.

***PLEASE NOTE***In order to qualify to vote at a voting meeting each person must be registered and join the meeting as an individual. You will not be counted as an attendee at a meeting should you participate in the Zoom call as a couple or family.

 

The following is the agenda for our upcoming monthly meeting:

AGENDA (subject to change):

  • Greetings & Announcements
  • Boston Police Update
  • MassDot Sumner Tunnel Centennial Project Team – Sumner tunnel closures
  •  46-48 Everett Street –  (VOTE:  14 in favor; 9 opposed; 5 abstained) Proposal for a gut rehab of two adjoining buildings including an upgrade to life safety. Change Occupancy from two 3 families to two 5 unit dwellings by erecting additions and roof decks
  •  377 Maverick Street(VOTE:  16 in favor; 8 opposed; 4 abstained) Proposal for a renovation to extend living space into the basement, and erect rear addition with rear decks and roof deck.
  •  64 Haynes Street (VOTE:  19 in favor; 19 opposed) Proposal to erect a four (4) story three (3) unit residential dwelling with parking for two (2) vehicles.
  • 57 Webster Street (VOTE:  8 in favor; 27 opposed; 1 abstained) Proposal to erect an addition, with remodel and deck. Change occupancy from a three-unit to a four-unit residential dwelling.
  • POSTPONED: 31 Cottage Street – Proposal for a roof deck

MEETING RECORDING:

We are using eBallot to manage the voting process. Within 48 hours after the meeting, eligible voters will be emailed a link that will allow them to vote online. All votes must be cast by Friday, August 13th at 7pm. Late votes will not be accepted, no exceptions.
