In order to speak aloud as an abutter, you must live within the 300′ radius from the subject property AND you must register for this meeting by Sunday, June 12th at 7pm.

***PLEASE NOTE***In order to qualify to vote at a voting meeting each person must be registered and join the meeting as an individual. You will not be counted as an attendee at a meeting should you participate in the Zoom call as a couple or family.

    • The new board members will be sworn in at the September meeting.
  • 230 Everett Street, (VOTE: 20 in favor; 11 opposed) – Presented at 3 JPNA Planning and Zoning Meetings. Proposal to erect a 5-unit residential dwelling. Presentation
    • Developer: Karina Mejia, represented by Richard C. Lynds.
  • 62 Haynes Street, (VOTE: 8 in favor; 17 opposed; 5 abstain) – Presented at 1 Planning and Zoning Meeting. Proposal to renovate existing structure and change occupancy from three (3) to four (4) units with roof decks for units 3 and 4. Presentation
    • Developer: Lightning Realty, LLC   Represented by: Richard C. Lynds
  • 377 Maverick Street, (VOTE: 11 in favor; 18 opposed) – Presented at 1 planning and zoning meeting. Proposal to change occupancy to 4 units, renovate the existing structure, extend living space into basement, erect a rear addition with rear and roof decks. Presentation

As a reminder, all questions will be handled via the Zoom chat feature. We ask all attendees to remain muted unless called upon to speak. Looking forward to “seeing” you all there!

We are using eBallot to manage the voting process. Within 48 hours after the meeting, eligible voters will be emailed a link that will allow them to vote online. All votes must be cast by Friday, June 17th at 7pm. Late votes will not be accepted, no exceptions. Please be sure to check your spam folder as the e-mail frequently ends up there for many residents.
