The JPNA P&Z Meeting will be held ONLINE via ZOOM.  The registration link is provided in the meeting notice below. If you have any difficulty registering or attending, please contact us at board@jeffriespoint.org.

If you are an abutter within the 300′ radius to a development project and wish to be considered to speak aloud (not via chat), you must register at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting.   • 1 Everett Street – First Presentation – Erect a new three (3) story, 34 foot high mixed-use residential building, with new ground floor space for its existing tenants (cross fit studio), 14 apartment units on the upper levels, on-site vehicular parking and related site upgrades at this residential section of the neighborhood.

  • 4 Haynes Street – First Presentation – Combine two existing lots to create one new lot to be known as 4 Haynes Street and erect a new building with 4 units and 3 parking spaces.
