- 1 Everett Street – First Presentation – Erect a new three (3) story, 34 foot high mixed-use residential building, with new ground floor space for its existing tenants (cross fit studio), 14 apartment units on the upper levels, on-site vehicular parking and related site upgrades at this residential section of the neighborhood.
